To start, you’ll want to unscrew the flat or slightly concaved strainer. For this, you’ll need a flat or Phillips head screwdriver. Simply use your screwdriver to remove to shower drain cover and remove it.
For this kind of drain cover, you’ll want to hold the stopper in place and unscrew the top knob. For this, you will need pliers, a rag, or a rubber gripper to prevent from injury or scratching. Unscrew the brass insert with a flathead screwdriver, then lift the stopper.
